Just a quick Hey Wave, I see your in Tempe..I live in Gilbert and I probably drive your neighborhood quite often as I do inspections for the banks and mortgage companies in Tempe, Ahwatukee and Chandler...Thanks to being busy due to these foreclosures and the current home situation my job is currently feeding the fires of my new watch addiction..Hope to see you around the valley sometime, we could compare collections..
