You seem to be knowledgable about Invicta Watches. Just recieved my brand new Excursion, Charcoal Face, Model#:5524. I have been trying effortlessy to get the second hand to the 12:00 hr mark. I have now 12 Invicta watches and I seem to have a problem with this one to work. I had first pulled out the crown out all the way and depressed 1&2 pushers and the minute counter moves. When I depress #2 pusher then back to #1 pusher only the minute counter moves. Did I recieve a defective watch? I really don't want to give this watch back if there is something that I can do. "HELP!"
